August 13, 2009: We are experiencing problems in connection with the submission of short papers and are currently working towards finding a solution. IWSOS 2009 is a workshop sponsored by the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP), WG 6.2 and WG 6.7

IWSOS 2009, the Fourth International Workshop on Self-Organizing Systems, will be held in Zurich, Switzerland, December 9-11 2009. Building on the success of previous workshops in this series held in Passau (September 2006), Lancaster (September 2007), and Vienna (December 2008), IWSOS 2009 aims to provide a visionary forum for self-organization in networks and networked systems.

The venue for IWSOS 2009 will be the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich). The workshop is organized by the Communication Systems Group.
